1. Avivise is orientation guidance

Avivise is a flight-dispatch orientation assessment provided as a product of BlockFit OÜ. It helps candidates think through operational fit before committing to training or a career path.

Avivise is not certification, regulatory approval, official EASA training, employment screening, medical advice, or a guarantee of career suitability. You remain responsible for your own career, training, and licensing decisions.

2. Account and access

Avivise is currently available only to people aged 18 or over. Before purchasing or starting an assessment, you must explicitly confirm that you are at least 18. We do not accept parental authorization as an alternative for the current service.

You are responsible for using a valid email address and keeping access to your account secure. The paid assessment is tied to the purchase and entitlement rules shown during checkout.

If we learn that an account is being used by someone under 18, we may stop access and handle the account, purchase, refund, and data through our support process and applicable law. Contact support@avivise.com.

3. Immediate digital service and withdrawal waiver

The paid Avivise assessment is delivered immediately after payment. Before payment, you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right once the assessment has started, as described in the checkout consent flow.

4. Fair use

You must not misuse Avivise, including by:

• attempting to bypass payment, entitlement, or attempt limits;
• scraping, copying, or redistributing assessment content at scale;
• using the service to make hiring, licensing, or safety-critical decisions;
• interfering with the security or availability of the service.

5. Payments, refunds, and receipts

When checkout opens, payments, receipts, and certain customer portal functions will be handled through Creem and its payment partners. Refund eligibility may be limited once the immediate digital assessment has started.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under EU or local consumer protection law.

7. Changes and availability

Avivise may change as the product improves. We may update assessment content, report wording, pricing, or availability, while keeping already purchased access and legally required records handled responsibly.
